Around 30 jobs are up for grabs at Clacton Pier across a number of departments.
The attraction is staging a special recruitment day where full-time, part-time and seasonal roles will be available.
The event is on Thursday January 30, from 12noon to 6pm, in the Boardwalk Bar and Grill and anyone interested should turn up with proof of right to work and a CV.
Bosses at the pier will be looking for people to be employed on rides, soft play, in the bar, arcade, as cleaners, security and on night watch.
Operations manager Ewelina Majewska said that those who are successful will be given a job offer on the day.
“This is the first recruitment day that we have staged since 2019 and they have proved very successful in the past,” she added.
“We want to make it an easy one-stop shop where people can come along and be interviewed by one of our managers and if they are what we are looking for they will get an offer of work there and then.
“There will be start dates available from February through to June as we look to fill posts across the site.
“Those who land a position with us will then be invited to an induction day as part of the process.”
Ewelina said it is an opportunity to join the pier family and it could be the beginning of a fulfilling career at the 6.5 acre attraction.
“We are always keen to give local people a chance of employment and we look to promote from within wherever possible,” she explained.
“I myself started as a rides operator and held several jobs before working my way up to my current senior managerial position.”
Clacton Pier employs about 200 people in full and part-time jobs at the height of the summer season.
